As Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field-based professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, compliance, customer service and operational efficiency. The team includes Enforcement Agents and Senior Enforcement Agents, making this an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based colleagues.
Monitor performance against productivity, quality and compliance targets.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Analyse KPI data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage complaints, escalations and operational issues effectively.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements and regulatory standards.
Drive a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience leading and developing teams within field operations, sales, account management, customer service, debt recovery, collections, compliance or another performance-driven environment. Experience managing remote or field-based employees would be highly advantageous.
Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills. A proven ability to motivate individuals and improve team performance. Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Confidence handling complaints, performance conversations and conflict resolution.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
