Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Design Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build a long-term career within a supportive business where they can genuinely make an impact.

The Role

As a Design Coordinator, you will act as the key link between clients, internal teams and manufacturing partners, ensuring projects move smoothly from design approval through to production and installation.

You will be responsible for reviewing drawings, managing project information and coordinating communication between all parties involved. Attention to detail is critical, as you will ultimately be responsible for approving designs before they go into production.

The successful candidate will come from either a construction, interiors, fit-out, washroom, retail design, or related background and will be confident communicating with customers, suppliers and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, production partners and installation teams. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure all project details are accurate before production commences. Coordinate project timelines and monitor progress against deadlines. Liaise with manufacturers regarding production requirements and amendments. Manage design revisions and ensure all parties are working from the latest information. Obtain approvals from clients and provide final production sign-off. Monitor project documentation and maintain accurate records. Resolve queries and issues quickly to minimise delays. Support the wider project and operational teams as required. Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within Construction, Fit-Out, Retail Design, Manufacturing, Kitchens, Washrooms or a similar environment. Experience working with drawings and technical specifications. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Confident liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A proactive and positive approach to work. Experience with companies such as Wren, Howdens, Venesta Washrooms or similar would be highly advantageous. Benefits
