Safer Hand Solutions are working with a well-established organisation in Stafford to recruit a Complaints Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in complaints handling, compliance, quality assurance, or customer service who enjoys resolving issues and improving customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate customer complaints through to resolution.
- Draft professional and empathetic complaint responses.
- Identify complaint trends and recommend service improvements.
- Carry out quality reviews and audits.
- Support Subject Access Requests (SARs).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in complaints handling, quality assurance, compliance, or a customer-focused role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
