Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a warm desk, supplying healthcare professionals to residential and nursing homes across the local area, while also developing new business relationships.
The Role
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a busy temporary staffing desk and play a key role in both candidate attraction and business development.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing existing client accounts and fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Developing new business through sales, networking, and relationship building.
- Coordinating shifts and temporary staffing requirements.
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs and performance targets.
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in speaking to candidates from sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
On-call bonus payments, ongoing training and development, genuine career progression opportunities, regular incentives, including cash prizes, meals out, additional annual leave and trips abroad, company social events, annual leave increasing with length of service up to 25 days, additional day off for your birthday, Christmas shutdown period, free parking, Monday to Friday. ~Additional on-call duties on evenings and weekends, shared on a rota basis.
