SaferHandCare Solutions is an established and growing healthcare recruitment business with four successful branches across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a warm desk, supplying healthcare professionals to residential and nursing homes across the local area, while also developing new business relationships.

The Role

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing existing client accounts and fulfilling staffing requirements
  • Developing new business through sales, networking, and relationship building
  • Coordinating shifts and temporary staffing requirements
  • Ensuring compliance processes are completed to the highest standards
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
  • Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in speaking to candidates from sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused backgrounds.
  • A positive and motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive and resilient approach
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
