Safer Group is a security technology company delivering autonomous protection solutions across multiple sectors, including construction, retail, void / vacant property, public safety and policing, and rail - environments where the stakes are high, response times matter, and downtime is costly.
Our marketing function is being built around a modern demand generation engine: clean attribution, a maturing martech stack, and an authority-led content and design strategy pointed at our priority verticals.
This is a continuously growing role, and a chance to support the digital side of our marketing ambitions.
The Role
You'll be heavily involved in the end-to-end direction of Safer Group's digital marketing & commercial activity: campaigns, paid media, SEO/GEO, analytics and the wider digital customer journey will form large parts of the remit.
This is a commercial role and a digital role.
We judge marketing by its contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue, brand perception and value - not vanity metrics.
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative, technical, and analytical.
- What You'll Work On
- Evolving the digital campaign strategy and delivery: plan, build and optimise integrated campaigns across our verticals, from positioning and audience through to creative briefing, launch and reporting.
- Paid media: Google Ads end to end, plus paid social and emerging channels. Drive efficiency and conversion quality, not just volume.
- SEO and GEO: Drive technical and content to build our visibility in generative/AI-driven search, as well as traditional search rankings.
A core objective is shifting demand capture away from brand-driven search towards non-brand commercial intent.
- Conversion and the digital journey: assist with landing pages, forms, booking flows and conversion-rate optimisation so digital presence translates into qualified enquiries.
- Measurement and attribution: run analytics and reporting. Implement and maintain robust tracking, including tag management.
- Martech and AI: Assist in optimising the digital stack (Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Mailchimp, Zapier and Pipedrive), and embed AI tooling to scale content production, campaign output and insight.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable B2B marketing experience.
- A genuinely commercial mindset: you've been accountable for marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, and can talk fluently about cost per lead, conversion and ROI.
- Hands-on ownership of paid media at a strategic and execution level.
- Strong SEO track record across technical and content outputs.
- Fluency in GA4 and building reports.
- Google Tag Manager and hands-on tracking/measurement implementation.
- GEO / AI-search optimisation and a clear point of view on how search is changing.
- Embedding AI tools and stacks into marketing workflows (content, research, automation, reporting).
- Familiarity with CRM-led attribution and management, ideally Pipedrive or a comparable platform.
- What You're Like
- Analytical and evidence-informed, as well as creative. You reach for the data before the opinion is built, but don’t blindly rely on it.
- Equally comfortable helping with strategy and rolling your sleeves up to execute the work.
- Commercially curious about the business, the buyers and the sales process - not just the channels involved.
- A clear and flexible communicator who can work well with multiple departments.
