Location Requirement This position must be located in one of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Kentucky. Brief Overview The Manager, Field Sales is responsible for implementing the strategic sales plan to expand market share and drive growth through increasing client utilization. They will create and manage a high-performing and engaged sales team, establishing and driving adoption of best-in-class sales techniques. Building strong cross-functional relationships and staying informed about market conditions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape are essential. What You Will Do Lead and manage a team of field sales associates, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and engagement. Identify opportunities to grow client utilization within the assigned territory, and facilitate team performance by removing barriers and providing strategic input. Maintain knowledge of top sales techniques and Safelite\’s value propositions to promote best practices across the team. Evaluate team capabilities regularly, identify gaps, and provide coaching and training, including in-person ride-alongs. Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional partners, understanding market conditions and ensuring client needs are met. Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and share insights with leadership to inform decision-making. Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor\’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 4-6 years of B2B sales experience. 1-3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams (preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners. Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, and ensure accountability. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Benefits Competitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.
