Based in Kidderminster, Safeline Environmental is looking for a full-time Administrator to join our office team. This is a key administrative role supporting our operations by coordinating asbestos removal projects with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and policyholders to schedule asbestos removal works.
  • Prepare daily documentation for operatives (e.g., project info sheets, risk assessments, method statements).
  • Check and collect all job-related paperwork and photographic records from operatives.
  • Schedule asbestos sampling appointments and issue necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain and update our claims management systems.
  • Monitor and help achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage projects from instruction through to completion.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Carry out general office duties such as scanning, filing, and document handling.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Confident IT user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Good communication skills (both telephone and email).
  • Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
  • Driving licence required (due to office location).

The successful candidate will receive pay of up to £12.21 per hour depending on experience and in line with age-related minimum wage requirements. Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm. You are entitled to 28 days paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays. After one year with the company, birthdays are given as holiday.
