We are actively recruiting an experienced Bid Writer to produce high quality proposals and bid documentation, whilst working collaboratively with the bid team to ensure tender submission meets high quality standards and the client's submission deadline.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses all the client's requirements.
  • Tailor responses to highlight SafeLane's unique value proposition and showcase our world leading expertise.
  • Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language.
  • Develop and edit submissions, including proposals and quotations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bid Team throughout the bidding process, ensuring the bid documentation reflects the agreed bidding strategy.
  • Thoroughly analyse tender documents to understand the client's needs, evaluation criteria, and key drivers.
  • Conduct research on regions, clients, competitors, and market to inform content.
  • Daily tracking and monitoring of tender websites.
  • Complete EOIs, PQQs and vendor registration.
  • Maintain bid platform and client vendor registrations.
  • Maintain bid library and ensure accuracy of bid templates and project experience table to support tender submissions and vendor registrations.
