The Digital Systems Engineer owns and supports our core business platforms, including our ERP system (Odoo Enterprise) and Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
- Act as the internal owner for ERP configuration, data integrity, permissions and change control
- Work with external implementation partners where specialist input is required
- Support upgrades, testing and continuous improvement of ERP functionality
- Administer Microsoft 365 Business Premium including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and Intune
- Manage and support endpoints, laptops, printers, networks, NAS and Ubiquiti infrastructure
- Support backup, disaster recovery and restore testing
- Support Power BI reporting and data flows where required
Experience working as the internal point of accountability (sysadmin) for ERP data, configuration, and change - working with external partners where required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem)
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- ERP implementation, upgrade or migration experience
