An exciting opportunity has arisen to cover the role of Service Manager for Children's Community Directorate, within the Evelina London Clinical Group.
For this busy and successful Directorate we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative manager, with a strong operational background, who is passionate about improving healthcare services.
With this role you will influence and drive patient experience, safety, performance and staff wellbeing, as well as support the ongoing transformation work while providing clear leadership and ensuring delivery against our performance goals.
You will work closely with service leads, clinicians, managers and other staff across the Trust.
You will provide leadership and expert advice to your teams to help deliver high standards of care and quality, patient‑centred service with an ethos around continuous improvement.
The post holder will need to have experience in operational service delivery and be flexible and adaptable to the requirements of managing a dynamic and fast‑paced service.
The Service Manager is accountable to the Deputy General Manager and Clinical Leads.
This role has responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of clinical services in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls and resource constraints.
The post holder will also work closely with the Directorate Management Team to ensure we are delivering high quality care to our patients and will be responsible for delivering a range of service improvements.
