The home is recognised for its high standards of care and positive team culture.
The Role
As Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing all aspects of the home’s operations — ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and financial performance. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of the home’s operation including care delivery, budgets, staffing, and compliance
- Leading and developing the care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Overseeing Health & Safety, safeguarding, and infection control practices
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing service improvements to maintain and exceed quality standards
- Acting as the Registered Manager and promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion
You will have:
- A Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a nursing or complex care setting
- Strong understanding of clinical risk management, safeguarding, and infection control
- Experience managing complex care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, dementia, or neuro-disability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
