About the role
Home Manager at Garside House Nursing Home ( 131-151 Regency Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 4AH ), you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of the home, leading a team of Care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents.
You will build strong relationships with staff, residents and their families, and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and staff scheduling.
- Lead a team of care professionals and oversee delivery of nursing and personalised care.
- Maintain relationships with residents, families and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with health‑care standards and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a residential and nursing setting.
