Site Manager – Residential – Tiverton
Established regional residential house builder are looking for an experienced manager to join their award-winning team.
The site is underway (just over 60 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes) and will be finishing January 2026 then moving to a new development locally.
The Role:
- Day-to-day running of the development
- Following NHBC processes and procedures
- Following site plans and framework to ensure phases are finished on time and budget
- Reporting into the Contracts Manager
- Managing direct staff as well as subcontractors
The Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid)
