Harwich and Dovercourt High School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students to achieve, belong, connect and develop. The role is 27.5 hours weekly across 39 weeks per year, including term and non-pupil days, with opportunities to contribute to reading programmes and targeted interventions.
You will liaise with SENCo and teachers to tailor support, use One Plans, and work collaboratively with a caring team focused on maximising life chances for every student.
