We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Manager to become a vital part of our community and provide essential support that keeps our school running smoothly., We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Site Manager to lead our site team and play a vital role in the smooth running of our school community.,

  • Premises & Facilities: Oversee the day-to-day care, maintenance, housekeeping, and security of the school site.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and relevant codes of practice.
  • Hands-on Maintenance: Carry out first-line repairs, general porterage, cleaning duties, and lettings supervision.
  • Site Security: Act as a primary keyholder for out-of-hours emergencies and alarm call-outs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and deploy the site team effectively while demonstrating the ability to work independently without close supervision.

  • Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security
