Office Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to become a vital part of our caring community and help us provide a safe and happy learning environment to every child.
- A Day in the Life
- Overall responsibility for all work undertaken by the administrative support staff, allocating and monitoring workloads, and ensuring appropriate training for all new office support staff.
- Responsible for the identification (where appropriate) and allocation to admin staff of new tasks.
- Responsible for the administration in relation to admissions, including communication with parents/carers and providing data to Essex County Council.
Qualifications
- Successful experience of administrative work in a busy office environment.
- Experience of development, management and operation of administrative systems and ICT packages, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a positive and successful way.
