Office Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to become a vital part of our caring community and help us provide a safe and happy learning environment to every child.

  • A Day in the Life
  • Overall responsibility for all work undertaken by the administrative support staff, allocating and monitoring workloads, and ensuring appropriate training for all new office support staff.
  • Responsible for the identification (where appropriate) and allocation to admin staff of new tasks.
  • Responsible for the administration in relation to admissions, including communication with parents/carers and providing data to Essex County Council.

Qualifications

  • Successful experience of administrative work in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of development, management and operation of administrative systems and ICT packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a positive and successful way.
