How you will make a difference:

  • As Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that generate top-of-funnel leads and expand Safeguard Global’s influence across the UK market.
  • This is an opportunity to help develop our partnership programme in the early phases to design and execute a partnership strategy, create something special, and directly shape how we grow through alliances.
  • You’ll work closely with the UK SVP and Director of Partnerships, EMEA to evolve the program and drive measurable impact.
  • Identify and develop new partnerships that align with Safeguard Global’s growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to activation and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partnerships deliver mutual value.
  • Define and execute partnership strategies and goals in alignment with EMEA and UK growth priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional partner experience.

  • Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.
  • Experience in one of the following areas would be advantageous – HR Tech, SAAS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, or payroll.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and proactive working style, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and commercial acumen.
