Looking for a job that fits your life, anywhere in the world? At Safeguard Global, we're not your average company. We enable global expansion without the risk for over 1,500+ customers in nearly 190 countries, but what really makes us special is giving our Guardians the freedom to work in a way that suits your style, no matter the time zone in 50+ countries.

Safeguard Global's partnerships program is growing fast, we’re hiring a Partner Operations Lead to support our continued growth by defining and building the partner operating model – not just supporting or optimizing existing systems. This is a builder role, not a support or reporting-only role. If you thrive on turning operational ambiguity into clean, scalable, and well-documented systems and can operate with ownership-level accountability this role is for you.

How you will make a difference:

  • Build the Data Foundation
    • Own the end-to-end partner data model in Crossbeam and Salesforce, defining lifecycle stages from partner outreach through lead, opportunity, and closed won.
    • Design how partner referrals, co-sell opportunities, outbound partner leads, and partner-sourced pipeline are captured and attributed.
    • Audit existing partner data across systems, identify gaps, and establish durable data standards from the ground up.
  • Create a Single Source of Truth
    • Build and maintain a centralized, trusted view of partner activity across systems (Salesforce, Crossbeam, PRM, Airtable, and other relevant partner tools).
    • Standardize key partner fields including activity, ownership, stage, SLAs, and follow-up expectations.
    • Own PRM strategy, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with the evolving partner operating model and seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Design Automation & AI Workflows
    • Design and build automation and AI-driven workflows that reduce manual effort, improve prioritization and ensure consistent follow-through across partner processes.
    • Connect AI and enablement tools (e.g., Nooks) to structured partner data to improve prioritization and visibility.
  • Drive Actionable Reporting
    • Define and own the metrics that matter for partner performance and growth.
    • Build and maintain Salesforce Partner reports and executive dashboards.
    • Support commission reporting and payment workflows to ensure accurate and timely partner payouts.

What will give you an advantage:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a systems-owning role.
  • Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch, not just maintain or report on them.
  • Experience owning and scaling partner ecosystem, co-sell, and PRM tooling (Crossbeam, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound, or similar platforms).
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience and other automation tools (i.e. Zapier, Airtable), including data modeling, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and design for scale.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and making ownership-level decisions without step-by-step direction.

Our Global Benefits

  • Remote first, with the flexibility to include life needs like school runs and gym breaks in your schedule, all while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Enjoy a competitive leave package including paid bonding leaves for new additions to your family.
  • Get 2 paid charitable days off to contribute to causes you believe in.
  • Guardians are eligible for our annual bonus scheme or sales incentive plan.
  • Grow your network internationally and collaborate across the world.
  • We emphasize the people factor in everything we do. Our nurturing culture ensures your ideas reach our leaders and your contributions get the recognition they deserve.
  • We support your continuous growth by providing access to 2 learning platforms, where you can learn at your own pace.
