We are hiring a talented Data Visualization Manager to join the Safeguard Global – Global Operations Support team. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, compelling visual insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Data Visualization Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable dashboards, visualizations, and reporting frameworks using Amazon QuickSight. This role will also lead and mentor a team of analysts, including remote team members based in India, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual analytics solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who can combine strong technical visualization skills with stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality data visualizations and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of reporting and visualization analysts, ensuring productivity, development, and high standards of output.
- Drive the development of Amazon QuickSight dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear and actionable insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders across operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to define reporting needs and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain visualization standards, dashboard governance, and reporting best practices.
- Provide data storytelling and executive-level visual presentations that communicate trends and insights clearly.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of reporting outputs.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience, preferably managing remote or offshore teams.
- Required: Strong experience with Amazon QuickSight.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective visual dashboards and reports.
- Experience working with global teams, including analysts or technical teams based in India.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel, with experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks and dashboard ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with data governance, data quality monitoring, and KPI frameworks is preferred.
