We are seeking an experienced Temporary Ergonomist to conduct on-site office ergonomic assessments at a client location in 2 Canalside Walk, London. This is a short-term engagement ideal for an independent contractor with their own legal entity and prior experience delivering office ergonomics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site office ergonomic assessments for employees over a two-day period
  • Assist employees with equipment adjustments to promote neutral and safe working postures
  • Assess selected ergonomic focus areas during assessment sweeps, which may include:
    • Posture and Movement
    • Seating/Chair
    • Desk/Work Surface
    • Keyboard and Pointing Device
    • Display
    • Mobile/Phone
    • Documents/Accessories
  • Document assessments using designated office ergonomics software

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office ergonomics
  • Ability to complete documentation in English
  • Comfortable providing hands-on workstation adjustments and ergonomic guidance
  • Must provide own laptop with WiFi access to complete documentation (software access and email will be provided)
