Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer le chargement et le lancement de la production sur machines CN 2-3 axes Okuma.
- Programmer directement sur la commande, en ISO.
- Effectuer les réglages de base des équipements pour garantir la conformité des pièces, dans le respect des instructions de contrôle.
- Assurer le suivi de production et l'autocontrôle des pièces produites.
- Corriger les programmes directement sur la commande en cas de dérive ou d'ajustement nécessaire.
- Prendre en charge les interventions de dépannage courantes.
- Veiller au respect des standards de quantité et de qualité définis.
Votre profil :
- Titulaire d'un CFC de mécanicien de production ou expérience significative jugée équivalente.
- Expérience confirmée sur machines et commandes Okuma (tournage CN 2-3 axes).
- Maîtrise de la programmation ISO sur commande.
- Pratique du changement de séries, incluant réglage des posages et outillages.
