Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gateshead for a New Build Mortgage Advisor. The New Build Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from identifying suitable mortgage options to ensuring applications are completed successfully. This role involves advising clients on financial products, providing insights into mortgage lender requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The advisor will also collaborate closely with lenders, builders, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, including expertise in mortgages and mortgage marketing
