Safeguard Armour, a leader in military equipment and clothing, is seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly expanding company.

You will be working alongside our business development manager to implement strategies in 20 countries, alongside our KAM. You will be given training over 24 months to develop your career into an effective international sales leader.

We\’re looking for a natural business dev who thrives on generating new business, open new avenues, and is persuasive. You\’ll being working in different areas with different people looking for ways to grow revenue streams, launch new products, create new marketing material and lead tender proposals.

You\’ll be working with elite customers, including special forces, military, police, and navy, contributing to their vital missions and making a real difference in the world.

In this role, you will:

  • Developing strategic partnerships, fostering trust and collaboration with key distributors partners and agents worldwide.
  • Drive new business opportunities and open up new, high-value accounts, empowering distributors to succeed.
  • Spearhead expansion efforts by identifying and securing new partnerships in the region, building a strong network of collaborators.
  • Develop new sales strategies and tactics, leveraging your creativity and adaptability to achieve breakthrough results.
  • Analyze local government tenders and develop winning strategies for securing contracts in body armor and tactical clothing.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to craft compelling proposals that win deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing those crucial contracts, supporting your team every step of the way.
  • Become a product expert and provide ongoing support to partners and end customers.
  • Travel worldwide to build relationships and represent Safeguard Armour at industry events (travel compensation provided).

  • A natural business developer with 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, passionate about building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
