Safeguard Armour, a leader in military equipment and clothing, is seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding company. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leading the charge in developing and driving growth worldwide. Youll be working with Account Managers in LATAM, US, EMEA to ensure we are maximizing our growth potential. We’re looking for a natural business dev who thrives on autonmously planning and strategically executing growth plans. Lead the development of strategic partnerships, fostering trust and collaboration with key distributors partners and agents worldwide. Drive new business opportunities and open up new, high-value accounts, empowering distributors to succeed. Spearhead expansion efforts by identifying and securing new partnerships in the region, building a strong network of collaborators. Analyze local government tenders and develop winning strategies for securing contracts in body armor and tactical clothing. Travel worldwide to build relationships and represent Safeguard Armour at industry events (travel compensation provided). A natural leader with 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, passionate about building and motivating high-performing teams. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong, collaborative relationships with clients. A creative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. We are a team-oriented company where collaboration, open communication, and mutual support are essential to our success.
