Safeguard Armour, a leading provider of innovative armor and tactical equipment, is seeking a proactive and driven Project Coordinator to join our growing company. In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in optimizing our operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving our ambitious expansion plans across 30+ countries. Our Goal: Increase revenue in our armor and equipment division from £6 million to £20 million within the next 3 years.
What You'll Do
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze existing processes and workflows across all departments, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions that maximize efficiency.
- Set KPIs & Goals: Establish KPIs and assign goals to projects and internal/external teams.
- Coordinate Key Projects: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards across Product Development, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Implement and Manage Change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new procedures and ensure clarity and compliance.
- Track, Measure, and Report: Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports for senior management, and showcase analytical skills.
- Support System Implementation: Assist with data migration, user training, and testing for the new ERP/MRP system (Hydacore).
- Tender Management & Proposal Development: Analyze government tenders, develop win strategies, and craft compelling proposals for police, special forces, navy, and military clients.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities for greater efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation, and implement new strategies.
