The role: ABM Marketing Executive to join our growing team! This role provides hands‑on support in planning, executing and coordinating highly targeted Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on Category 4 and Category 5 client accounts. It plays a key part in delivering personalised activation across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, by supporting campaign setup, data management, content coordination and reporting.
What that means day to day
- Support the execution of targeted ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for high‑value Cat 4/5 accounts, ensuring smooth delivery across the full funnel.
- Build and manage campaign workflows (email, nurture, digital) within marketing automation tools, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage CRM and marketing data, including account lists, segmentation and campaign tracking to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Assist with content coordination and personalisation, adapting messaging and managing assets for different audiences and account types.
- Support multi‑channel activation, including email, paid media and ABM events (e.g. workshops, webinars, roundtables).
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and supporting alignment with sales teams to optimise engagement and outcomes.
What you’ll need to be successful
Success in this role comes from having experience supporting marketing campaigns in a B2B environment, combined with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign workflows, along with hands‑on experience using marketing automation and CRM tools. Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential, as is the ability to adapt and personalise content through strong copywriting skills to support targeted engagement.
