We are seeking to recruit additional Door Supervisors in Dundee and the surrounding areaβs for our expanding client base.

As a Door Supervisor you will be an essential part of a team, maintaining a high level of customer care and safety.
The candidate must: β
β Possess a Valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
β Be able to build a rapport with clients and licencing officers.
β Have excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
β Be able to demonstrate that they can work on their own initiative and as part of a larger team.
Key Tasks include:
β Provide a professional and friendly welcome to the venue.
β Screening a personβs suitability to enter.
β Liaising with clients, customers and colleagues.
β Conducting searches for unauthorized or illegal items.
β Responding to incidents within the queues or audience.
β Dealing with conflict inside or outside the venue.
β Providing a security presence to prevent and detect crime.
Salary: Excellent rates for suitable candidates dependent on location and experience.
