Safe Space is seeking an experienced professional Manager to lead and manage a small, specialised trauma team delivering specialised counselling services and groupwork to adults and young people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. The team offers long-term counselling and a wide range of groupwork that is well established and successful within the Fife community.
We are looking for an individual who can:
- Commit to working flexibly and creatively with a small team of professionals within a variety of modalities.
- Be creative, open-minded and curious about the way the service can be delivered.
- Use excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Operate with autonomy in a collaborative and supportive way with a team who are skilled and experienced in their field.
