Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to advance your career in property management? Join our Block Management team at SAFE Property Management and work alongside experienced Property Managers to deliver excellent service to residents and leaseholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and freeholders
- Assist with service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance requests, obtain quotes, and liaise with contractors
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
- Support Section 20 consultations and organise resident meetings and AGMs
- Help resolve leaseholder disputes professionally and maintain clear communications
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or lettings support (block management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of leasehold management and service charge administration
- Familiarity with Section 20 consultation requirements (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management platforms like Qube PM, Propman, Blockman or Fixflo
- TPI qualification or working towards it (desirable)
