Residential care role supporting young people with complex trauma and challenging behaviours (including aggression and self-injury). Deliver 1:1 and small group care in line with organisational policies and care frameworks.
- Shift-based role: 24-hour shifts (16 active hours + 8 sleepover), averaging 38 hours per week
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed support in residential settings
- Manage and respond to high-risk behaviours safely and effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team depending on care needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting young people with complex behaviours
- Relevant Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent); degree desirable
- Full UK/ROI driving licence (12+ months)
- Ability to obtain international police checks and relevant visas (Subclass 417 or 482)
