About the role

As Registered Manager, you will lead a high-performing childrens home, deliver outstanding care while ensuring full regulatory compliance and developing a confident, capable team. You’ll work within a therapeutic, child-centred model supporting up to two young people per home enabling meaningful relationships and truly individualised care.
