Safe Places for Children UK has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our growing charity. We provide therapeutic residential care for some of the most vulnerable and traumatised young people across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support our 2-bedded EBD children's home within Carryduff. This role involves working within a therapeutic residential setting with young people who may present complex trauma histories and challenging, pain-based behaviours. Our model of care focuses on maintaining a small, stable, and consistent team that supports positive outcomes through a safe, nurturing, and domestic home environment.

Position Details

  • Salary: £39,763 per annum (base salary) plus opportunities for additional hours payments
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Reports To: Registered Manager
  • Location: Carryduff, Northern Ireland

This role includes shift work and sleepover responsibilities within the residential home. We are seeking skilled, resilient, compassionate, and empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful change and improving outcomes for young people.
