We are a trusted domiciliary care agency operating in the South East of England, and we’re looking for caring and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team.

Your Role:

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients to ensure their wellbeing and independence. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Supporting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities
  • Helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes
  • Travelling to clients’ homes across Kent and Sussex

What We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals who genuinely care about making a difference
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not required – we provide full training
  • A valid DBS check (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
