We are preparing to open our first Ofsted -registered children’s home in Streatham<\/b>, supporting up to four children aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)<\/b>.

Pre -Registration Responsibilities<\/b> Post -Registration Responsibilities<\/b> Requirements<\/h3>Requirements<\/b><\/p>We’re looking for a dynamic leader<\/b> who blends empathy with excellence, and who thrives on building something meaningful from the ground up.<\/p>Essential:<\/b><\/p>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).<\/li>Minimum 2 years’ experience<\/b> as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted -registered children’s home (EBD or similar).<\/li>Proven track record of achieving Good<\/b> or Outstanding<\/b> Ofsted ratings.<\/li>Strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015)<\/b>.<\/li>Robust safeguarding knowledge and ability to implement effective systems and processes.<\/li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.<\/li><\/ul>Desirable:<\/b><\/p>Experience supporting children with EBD<\/b>, trauma<\/b>, or attachment difficulties<\/b>.<\/li>Previous involvement in registering or setting up<\/b> a new children’s home.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>Benefits<\/h3>We believe that great leaders deserve great rewards.
