An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Registered Manager, overseeing a Brand -new Residential Children's Home in Nuneaton.

This provider specialises in supporting children with EBD and other associated complex needs. Our team of experienced adults in each home applies a therapeutic approach in a warm and welcoming environment.

• You will be leading the opening of a brand new home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities.

  Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Manage day -to -day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Effectively communicate with residents and staff members to address needs and concerns.

  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.

  • Uphold the company ethos of prioritising the well -being and development of young people.

    Requirements<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (to be obtained within 3 years of starting to manage the children’s home) OR
      <\/li>
    • Registered Managers Award/NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Management. OR
      <\/li>
    • Relevant management qualification (equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma).
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 2 years in a management position within residential care of children in the last 5 years.
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 1 year experience of line management/staff supervision of staff in a care role Management in a relevant residential care setting.
      <\/li>
    • Worked within Ofsted inspection framework.
