Safe Haven Talent is recruiting an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager<\/b> for a two -bed children’s residential home<\/b> based in Derby (DE23)<\/b>. This new service will support young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)<\/b>, including those with trauma and attachment needs.

This is a unique opportunity<\/b> to lead the registration, setup, and launch<\/b> of a small, high -quality home designed to provide stability, safety, and meaningful outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day -to -day management and compliance<\/b> of the home, ensuring adherence to Ofsted<\/b>, Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015<\/b>, and Quality Standards<\/b>, including Regulation 44<\/b> monitoring.

You will be the driving force in building a committed and skilled team, developing a therapeutic culture, and maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

We are seeking a proven leader<\/b> with a strong Ofsted track record<\/b>, capable of delivering excellence in residential childcare. The successful applicant will have previously managed or registered a home rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’<\/b> and will bring passion, professionalism, and a child -centred approach to every aspect of the role. Requirements<\/h3>Only candidates who meet the essential criteria<\/b> below will be considered.
