The Role<\/b>
<\/p>

As Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing all aspects of the home’s operations — ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and financial performance. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
<\/p>

Key responsibilities include:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Managing all aspects of the home’s operation including care delivery, budgets, staffing, and compliance
    <\/li>
  • Leading and developing the care team to deliver person -centred, high -quality care
    <\/li>
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
    <\/li>
  • Overseeing Health & Safety, safeguarding, and infection control practices
    <\/li>
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Identifying and implementing service improvements to maintain and exceed quality standards
    <\/li>
  • Acting as the Registered Manager and promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion
    <\/li><\/ul>

    You will have:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • A Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC registration
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a nursing or complex care setting
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of clinical risk management, safeguarding, and infection control
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing complex care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, dementia, or neuro -disability
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
      <\/li><\/ul>
