    Key Responsibilities<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person -centred care.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Oversee the development, implementation, and review of individual care plans and risk assessments.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure the home complies with CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain strong, open communication with residents, their families, and external professionals.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Handle complaints, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement throughout the home.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Candidate Requirements<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Minimum of one year’s experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
