Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/p><\/span>

• Lead and supervise staff to deliver safe, person -centred care
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with CQC and all legal requirements
  <\/li>
• Manage day -to -day service operations
  <\/li>
• Complete audits, risk assessments, and quality checks
  <\/li>
• Handle safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
  <\/li>
• Manage budgets, rotas, and resources efficiently
  <\/li><\/ul><\/span>

  Requirements<\/b><\/span>
  <\/p><\/span>

  • Experience as a Registered Manager within health and social care is essential.
    <\/li>
  • Must have experience with CQC Inspections
    <\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards
    <\/li>
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
    <\/li>
  • Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
    <\/li>
  • Commitment to high -quality care and safeguarding
