Safehaven Talent is proud to be advertising this rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager<\/b> to lead a brand -new, purpose -built children’s residential home<\/b> for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)<\/b>.

Key responsibilities include:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Leading the home through Ofsted registration and establishing all operational systems and frameworks.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Recruiting, training, and inspiring a full staff team, including a Deputy Manager and support staff.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Designing and implementing bespoke care plans that prioritise the well -being and aspirations of each child.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Creating a warm, safe, and therapeutic home environment aligned with Ofsted Quality Standards.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring robust safeguarding practices and fostering strong partnerships with families, social workers, and professionals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Driving continuous improvement and achieving excellence through reflective leadership and a strong team culture.
