Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day -to -day running of a Residential Children’s Home in Hays. You will help lead the team, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and ensure the home meets all statutory requirements under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015<\/b> and the Quality Standards<\/b>.

You will contribute to staff supervision, rota planning, safeguarding practice, record -keeping, and daily operational oversight. In the Registered Manager’s absence, you will step into full management responsibilities, ensuring the home remains compliant, child -centred, and effectively staffed. The role requires flexibility, leadership presence, and a commitment to delivering high -quality care for children with complex needs.
