We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Manager<\/b> to lead a solo children’s residential home near Enfield. This role offers the chance to shape a service that genuinely changes lives — ensuring young people have the safety, structure, and support they need to thrive.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall running of the home, maintaining Ofsted compliance, and delivering high -quality, person -centred care. You’ll lead by example, promote a trauma -informed approach, and cultivate a positive, supportive team culture.

  • Oversee the daily management and strategic direction of the home.

  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of each child and young person in your care.

  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, families, and professionals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Recruit, supervise, and develop a motivated and capable staff team.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor performance through effective quality assurance, audits, and reporting.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Foster a nurturing, stable, and empowering environment where young people can reach their full potential.

    Requirements<\/h3>2.
