Overview
Are you seeking a new role in a children’s home? We just may have the role for you! We are currently looking for team members to join our growing teams across our two care homes within Walsall. Both of which have been inspected and rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
At Safe Haven Childcare we offer care to children and young people in welcoming and modern home environments. Our children may be experiencing a blend of complex needs including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
Shift pattern
Shift Pattern: Our shift pattern is 2 days on 4 days off with an average 2 sleep ins per week.

Salary and benefits
A competitive salary starting at £29,765 per year including sleep ins and rising to £31,715 once qualified PLUS additional benefits including:

Experience and qualifications
- Experience: Residential Childcare: 1 year preferred but not essential.
- Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Residential Childcare Qualification (preferred but not essential)
