The Church and Community Relationship Coordinator is a role focused on inspiring, resourcing and activating individuals and churches to understand the biblical mandate to care for children and families. You will inspire them to respond and play their part in the solution, growing relationships with Church leaders, networks and individual Christians.
The role also includes recruiting and nurturing a team of volunteer Church Champions across your area to maximize our vision and multiply our impact. You would work as part of the Church and Community Relationships Team located across Northern Ireland. You need to be able to travel easily and work across the Northern HSC Trust area, with occasional travel across Northern Ireland.
Contract Type: This is a permanent contract, subject to continued partnership funding.
Hours of Work: Full time or part time considered (37 hours 30 minutes).
Location: This role is home based with travel within the Northern Trust area and occasional travel across Northern Ireland.
Salary: Β£24,570.00 β Β£28,280.00, dependent on skills and experience.
Holiday Entitlement: 36 days annual leave allowance (inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure), option to purchase additional leave and extra days added to your allowance with length of service. Pro-rated for part-time staff.
