The predicted salary is between 37000 - 45000 £ per year.

Due to ongoing business growth, Safe Environment now requires a self-motivated, punctual Asbestos Surveyor. Additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Driving throughout the UK with average 2-3 nights overnight per week (overnight allowance paid)
  • Carrying out HSG264 compliant Commercial and Domestic Management and R&D Asbestos Surveys, and Re-inspections
  • Undertaking Compliance and Safety auditing of asbestos works
  • Offering technical advice/expertise to other staff
  • Assisting with other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • BOHS P402/equivalent
  • At least two years experience asbestos surveying across all building types/sectors
  • Full, driving licence (<6>
  • 2 x References

  • BOHS P405, P403, P404, P406
  • IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS
  • IPAF/PASMA
  • Cat B/C Asbestos Removal Training
  • Experience in managing teams and client/account management
  • A track record of working with teams and managing survey projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
