Due to ongoing business growth, Safe Environment now requires a self-motivated, punctual Senior Asbestos Surveyor / Project Manager. Additional training will be provided. The role would suit an experienced Asbestos Project/Contracts Manager or a Surveyor/Consultant looking for progression into a Management role.
Responsibilities/duties:
- Driving throughout the UK with average 2-3 nights overnight per week (overnight allowance paid)
- Carrying out Commercial and Domestic Management and R&D Asbestos Surveys
- Undertaking Compliance and Safety auditing of asbestos works
- Organising/management of a surveying team, Quality Checking of survey reports and reporting responsibilities
- Offering technical advice/expertise to other staff
- Assisting with other duties as required
Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience (full training will be provided):
- BOHS P402
- IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS
- Cat B NLW Asbestos Training
- IPAF/PASMA
- At least three years experience asbestos surveying across all building types/sectors
- Full driving licence
