Due to ongoing business growth, Safe Environment now requires a self-motivated, punctual Asbestos Surveyor. Additional training will be provided.
Responsibilities/duties:
- Driving throughout the UK with average 2-3 nights overnight per week (overnight allowance paid)
- Carrying out HSG264 compliant Commercial and Domestic Management and R&D Asbestos Surveys, and Re-inspections
- Undertaking Compliance and Safety auditing of asbestos works
- Offering technical advice/expertise to other staff
- Assisting with other duties as required
Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- BOHS P402/equivalent
- At least two years experience asbestos surveying across all building types/sectors
- Full driving licence
- 2 x References

- IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS
- IPAF/PASMA
- Cat B/C Asbestos Removal Training
- Experience in managing teams and clients
