About the Role
This is a full‑time position with regular office hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The role requires an energetic and vibrant person who is eager to provide a professional and friendly first impression to our business.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Keeping the office, reception area, and meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Assisting Accounts with accounts payable reconciliations
- Excellent English and communication skills
