We are searching for the best education professionals. Hartlebury CE VC Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated individual to join our established team in the dual role of Teaching Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor.
In your roles, you will act as a Teaching Assistant by supporting children within the classroom, in small groups, or individually to facilitate learning and improve educational outcomes. This support carries into the midday break where, as a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will ensure the safety and well-being of our pupils by encouraging positive play, fostering social skills, and maintaining a happy, supervised environment across both the dining hall and the playground.
The successful candidate will support our values and ethos, have high expectations of themselves and those around them, and show a commitment to developing young learners to help them succeed.
We are looking for someone with:
- Good experience working with children in a school setting.
- An understanding of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- The ability to engage children in active play and manage behaviour positively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
